Ingredients
2 large size tomatoes
1 medium size green pepper
2 baby English cucumber
1/2 small red onions
Chopped parsley
1/4 tsp sea salt ¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Greek oregano
25 ml red wine vinegar
1/3 cup Pillar Grove Estate, Daphnis & Chloe Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Greece
3 slices Greek feta
6-10 Greek black or green pitted olives (optional)

Greek Salad
How to make it
- Cut the tomatoes in a bite size, slice the cucumbers, the green pepper, onions and parsley.
- Put it all together in a salad bowl. Mix it with sea salt, black pepper, Greek oregano , red wine vinegar and Daphnis & Chloe extra virgin olive oil from Greece!!
